This Site is an independent marketing and lead-generation website for Lunaya by Zaya × FIVE, a residential development in Jebel Ali, Dubai ("the Site", "we", "us", "our").

We are not the developer of Lunaya, are not Zaya or FIVE, and are not a licensed real estate brokerage. The Site exists to share information about the development and to collect enquiries on behalf of prospective buyers, which may be passed on to the developer and/or its authorised sales representatives for follow-up. Any sale, reservation, or purchase of a unit at Lunaya is a matter strictly between the buyer and the developer (or its appointed, RERA-registered sales agent), governed by the developer's own Sales and Purchase Agreement and terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems; (b) copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution without our written consent; or (c) submit false or misleading information through any enquiry form.

4. Accuracy of Information

Descriptions, floor plans, imagery, specifications, distances, amenities, payment plans, handover dates, and pricing shown on this Site are sourced from developer marketing materials available at the time of publishing. They are provided for general guidance only, are indicative, and may change without notice. They do not form part of any offer or contract.

Starting prices marked with an asterisk (*) are illustrative starting prices for the relevant unit type and are subject to unit availability, exchange rates, applicable fees, and the developer's final pricing at the time of reservation. Renderings and photography may include artistic interpretation and, in some cases, reference imagery from other completed Zaya developments (such as Al Barari) to illustrate design language and finish quality rather than the specific unit being marketed.

Prospective buyers should independently verify all details directly with the developer or a RERA-registered broker, and should rely only on the final, signed Sales and Purchase Agreement and official developer documentation before making any purchase decision.

5. No Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing should be construed as a promise, prediction, or guarantee of future capital appreciation, rental yield, or return on investment. The name "Lunaya", the Zaya and FIVE names and logos, and related development branding are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Site for identification and marketing purposes only.
